T'was an awesome event indeed for the whole week beginning their 'journey' since June 1st to becoming Miss Earth encouraging people to be kinder to the planet as well as creating awareness to the society. Though I only managed to spend a few days with them, one can tell that these lovely and vibrant young women are determined to be the ambassador for mother-nature from Day 1.
As was with previous Miss Earth event, various sponsors were also present to lend a hand in this prestigious occasion as AKIRA electronics being the main sponsors including Novotel Hotels and 1Borneo Hypermall just to name a few.
On June 4th, the ladies were invited to dine at La Fuentes restaurant for dinner.  |
